RETURN POLICY

If the product is unused and undamaged, you can return it within 30 days without giving any reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your order, please reach out through our contact page. Our team will promptly review your request and send you instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the new product to you promptly.

If you prefer to receive the new product more quickly, place a new order for the desired item and follow the standard return process for the current item. Once we receive the returned item, we will process a refund.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will automatically refund the full amount to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
